Return or Refund Policy
At Beaubelle, your satisfaction is our priority so purchasing with us is easy and fully transparent. We offer a “Return Policy” where you can make a return request of a product(s) within 24 hours once parcel is received.
We happily accept returns in accordance with these Return Policy:
- The product received was in defective or damaged condition.
- The product sent does not match your order.
- The product(s) must never be opened or used;
- The product(s) has to be sealed in its original packaging, including accessories (if any) - if the product box has no mark or seal, you must keep intact the box, or any other packaging;
- You shall ensure that the product conforms to all the accompanying components: samples, gifts, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions;
Before attempting to return an order, kindly contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns authorizationand include details of your complaint. It is very important that you wait for our email with the return information/documents and save product(-s) under the same conditions that you've received them in order to return it. Please do not return any product(s) on your own.
- Beaubelle can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from beaubelle.com; products purchased from other sites / platforms will not be accepted.
- Beaubelle reserves the right to charge a replacement fee if above return guidelines are not met. But to maximize customer satisfaction, Beaubelle will very much appreciate if you can write in to: email@example.com
- Pack item(s) ready for return and include a copy of your original packing slip in an appropriately sized box.
- Ensure that shipping label provided by your Customer Service Representative is included into the return box.
- To take advantage of the free returns, please return to us via Swiss Post (within 2 days of receiving your item/s. If it is after 2 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Once we have received your returned item, we will advise you of the postage charge for the replacement before posting it. (if applicable)
How Will I Receive Refund/Exchange?
- Once your return has been approved by the assessor in Beaubelle. The refund will be credited to your account at www.beaubelle.com and is valid for the next 30 days OR a DISCOUNT CODE will be sent to your email for redemption. It may take up to a month for the credit to appear on your account.
- Refunds or Exchange will be to the initial value of the goods, not including courier fee, unless the error was made on our part. Refunds or Exchanges can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.
How Long Is the Refund/Exchange Process?
Please allow 5-7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for refund or exchange solution. Beaubelle reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all the above guidelines have not been met. The decision made by Beaubelle is final.
