Orders & Shipping
Once the Buyer has authorized payment, a summary of the order will be sent to them via e-mail, at the address provided by the Buyer upon identification, prior to the placing of the order. In the event of error in entering the e-mail address or more generally, the non-reception of the order summary, the company BEAUBELLE will not be held liable.
This order confirmation will summarize the following elements: the terms of payment, of delivery and, where relevant, the delivery costs, the nature of the Product(s) ordered, the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal. – the address where the Buyer may present their claims, details relative to after sales and sales guarantees.
If the order confirmation is not received within 24 hours of the order having been placed, the Buyer should contact our Customer Services at email@example.com. Likewise, if the Buyer has a question relating to previous orders, they may contact our Customer Services at the same email.
How Can I Track Order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing shipping details, like tracking number, expected delivery date, link to the tracking page and any other additional information. All those details can also be found on "Track My Order" page.

How to Cancel the Order?
You can cancel your order by yourself at "Track My Order" page or by contacting us (preferably via email firstname.lastname@example.org), as long as the order has not been shipped yet.
Please provide all necessary information regarding your order: order number, full name, delivery address used to place the order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that unless cancellation takes place before the shipment has been processed, your order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you. At this point, you will be able to return your order (or in some cases to refuse its delivery).
Damages and Issues
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some transportation defect, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us within 24 hours at email@example.com

As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order. The best way to get the information about the price of delivery is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the cart and proceed to checkout. Here, choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible.
We also offer free shipping for orders above a certain value - please check table above.
How Will I Know When My Order Ships?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). We do not ship to PO boxes or any freight forwarders.
We process and ship all orders out of our warehouse in Asia Pacific. Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Please note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
Beaubellewebsite offers payment via Paypal (all major Credit Cards); we do not offer bank transfer or cash on delivery as payment method.
All payments on www.beaubelle.com are made in the displayed currency (CHF). The value that is displayed in the total is accurately the value charged.
